Over 24 billion pairs of shoes are produced each year, with over 90% of these likely to end up in landfill — often within just 12 months of purchase.
We don’t want to add to this gigantic pile of rubbish – and we know you, our customers, don’t either.
Shoes get old, uppers can lose their shape, and soles might wear out – signs of a well lived life. But wear and tear are no reason to throw them away. That's why we now offer repairs on most of our products.
Our Repairs Service is our way of keeping Vivos ON your feet and AWAY from landfill.
We aim to expand this service, but this is only currently available in the UK.
How does our Repairs Service work?
Select which repair option you want to purchase for your Vivobarefoot footwear.
This will take you to our ReVivo platform.
When you make your purchase, you will receive instructions on how to post your footwear free of charge.
We will email to let you know your Vivos have arrived at our Repairs shop and again before they are sent back, ready to rock your (barefoot) world once more.
If you are not sure about what repair you need, or you’re concerned your Vivobarefoot footwear is beyond repair, or any other questions you might have, please do read our FAQ’s for more details.
There are a few models we cannot yet repair, these are: Ababa, Esc Tempest, Geo Racer, Stealth, Kasana, Ryder & all Ultra and Primus models.
