  1. How do I create an account?

    Head to the My Account page and simply enter a valid email address and create a password.

    We are excited to have taken over the Canadian distribution, however, because of the General Data Protection Regulation, all accounts made before April 2021 are no longer valid accounts on our Vivobarefoot Canada website. 

    If your account was created before April 2021 you will need to create a new account. 

    If your account was created before November 2018 you will not be able to reset your password and will need to create a new account.

  2. I cannot login to my account, what should I do?

    If you are having trouble logging into your account, firstly please ensure that the email address you are using to access is correct.

     If you cannot remember your login details or password please follow the link to RETRIEVE YOUR ACCOUNT

    If your account was created before November 2018 you will not be able to reset your password and will need to create a new account.

  3. How do I change my account details?

    You can update the personal details on your VIVOBAREFOOT account by logging-in to your account and heading to the Account Dashboard
