The VHealth Partnerships & Content Manager is responsible for growing the thought leadership network in the health and active space. Focusing on large influencer media partnerships, identifying, and managing new education partners and groups as well supporting the management of the VHealth education platform.
Reporting into the Head of Health, working closely with category marketing teams and Vivo coaching network they will successfully develop and manage a varied mix of partnerships.
The role will work with some of the most exciting people and teams in the natural health space and will help grow brand awareness in the area.

The role will also help support the VHealth Education platform. Managing course partnerships, coaching schedules and live classes with key ambassadors.

The Partnerships & Content Manager is responsible for:

-Growing the Vivobarefoot Podcast and thought leadership network, hitting targeted return on investment and traffic KPIs.
- Developing long term partnerships with leading health focused thought leaders.
- Developing partnership education courses for Vivo’s online learning platform.
- Building content plans for partnership courses, including briefing Vivo marketing and digital function on the delivery of them.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Footwear Developer is responsible for managing the development process from concept through to production with supply chain partners in Vietnam, China, Portugal, and Ethiopia. Developing product and that continuously raises the bar in terms of fit, function, and materials.

 

The Footwear Developer is responsible for:

- Collaborating with Design, the Development and Commercialisation Manager and our Manufacturing Partners to provide technical guidance on new development & innovation support, highlight risks and potential challenges and suggest alternatives where possible.

- Communicate new briefs and product changes to global supply chains.Maintaining high awareness of the Critical Path to ensure information and samples are sent according to the seasonal timeline.

- Proposing cost saving options at each sample round to ensure that products are developed to target FOB wherever possible.

- Working to continuously improve product quality and ensure that Vivobarefoot shoes are developed to the highest standards, protecting our brand USP (WTF).

- Maintaining, enhancing, and implementing the future material toolbox ensuring testing, research and due diligence is carried out in good time during product ideation.

- Oversee lab testing both for material and finished goods.

- Supporting Product and Sustainability with the mapping and disclosure of Supply Chain and Materials traceability for customers to access.

- Utilizing the V-Matrix to score new products each season and use the information to improve the product score season on season.

- Conducting fit and wear testing on all new products throughout the season, then adjust the style where required based on the feedback and use the data for continuous product improvement each season.

- Developing wireframes, high fidelity experiences, interactive prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively represent a solution.

You’ll be responsible for leading the team to manage, direct and deliver all creative output for the brand. Through the delivery of best-in-class innovative and engaging creative and visual storytelling, the role will be instrumental to achieving our mission of reconnecting people and planet.

Role & Responsibilities
= Leadership of the creative function, workflow and operational processes.
= End to end management of creative projects, from initial scope and budgeting, to scheduling and delivery.
= Creative management of flagship campaigns across footwear, health and activism, as well as product storytelling and promotion.
= Manage, produce and direct still and film shoots for content and campaigns, including the post-production process and schedule.
= Lead design for digital, physical, retail, packaging and POS, as well as other outputs.
= Shaping internal and external documents and presentations, from press releases to annual reports.
= Managing, nurturing, commissioning and building an external network of agencies and freelancers.
= Work in collaboration with Marketing and other functions to deliver brand needs and business goals.
