Dr. Emily Splichal, Podiatrist and Human Movement Specialist, is the mind behind Naboso. Combining her conventional education with years of experience and expertise in human movement and sensory science, she has taught in 35 countries and become a global leader in barefoot training and rehabilitation. She believes life is sensory: that our movement patterns and experiences are fed and led by sensory stimulation.
