What is it? How does it work?

These 90 minute 1-2-1 sessions will give you all the coaching you need to transition confidently to skillful barefoot running, or to improve your technique and ultimately your performance. Delivered by one of our top coaches, Pete Ford, each session will begin with a detailed assessment, specific exercise drills before and after your video analysis of your running form. Whether you are an experienced runner, are just starting out, or have been experiencing pain while running and want to improve your technique, this session is the one for you.

 

Please note that the Nealt Street Store, London will be closed for refurbishment from October 9th, due to re-open at the start of November. Coaching sessions are therefore not currently available and will resume upon the store re-opening.

I have always enjoyed running but I was not in good shape so it was always quite difficult to make any progress. Over the years I began experiencing such pain in my knees it hindered me from trying to use running as my preferred form of exercise.

During the session, Pete did some video analysis of my running style on a treadmill, explaining to me what he could see in terms I could easily understand.  He demonstrated some simple exercises to help improve my running form, and I could see a considerable improvement in the video at the end of that session.  I also benefited from Pete's extensive running experience with numerous tips and suggestions for training and performance improvements, all of which was delivered in a warm and friendly manner.  I'd highly recommend Pete's sessions, as undoubtedly Pete would benefit any runner, irrespective of whether they are a complete beginner or seasoned pro.
