Shipping and Returns

Next Day (Premium) Delivery - £10

All orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day*. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday, and on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and delivered on Tuesday.  Delivery provided by DPD. Tracking code will be provided.

*UK mainland postcodes only (excludes Channel Islands). We aim to deliver Royal Mail Tracked 24 the next working day but deliveries to certain postcode areas may take longer.

Standard Delivery - Free for all orders over £100 (£7 on those below)

We aim to try to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.  Second Class non-tracked service provided by Royal Mail.

 

Please be aware that during busy sale periods, Standard delivery orders may take us slightly longer to dispatch due to the high volume of orders.

Outside of the UK, we offer 2 shipping methods, Premium and Standard. We aim to pick and pack your order within 1 working day. All orders are shipped from the UK - the further away you are, the longer it will take!

Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, as well as shipping and handling fees; the customer is considered the 'importer on record' and as such must comply with all laws and regulations, including import duties and tax. Customs policies vary from country to country; if you don’t want to be hit with any surprise charges, please contact your local customs office for further information. 

To countries which we have a local distributor in, we (www.vivobarefoot.com) do not ship to, and you can order from the local VIVOBAREFOOT site:

We are not able to process orders to a PO BOX address.

Free Returns

Obviously we hope you are happy with your purchase, but understand if you have changed your mind. You have a 28-day return period from when your shoes were delivered in which to get a full refund. To take advantage of our FREE returns, please see below:

  1. Complete the form received with the reason code from the options on the return form.
  2. Peel off the FREE Returns label from the bottom of the returns form and stick to the repackaged parcel. Please cover or remove any existing delivery or courier labels.  Shoes must be return in a bag packaged the same as they were delivered to you - do not stick the label directly to the shoe box.  Take them to your nearest post office who'll do the rest.
  3. Allow 14 days for us to process your return.  We will send you an email to let you know once your refund has been processed.

*Please note, our FREE EU returns are only valid in Denmark, France, Spain, Italy, The Netherlands, Portugal and Sweden.

RoW Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable at this time to offer FREE returns for worldwide shipments. In order to return an order from outside the EU you should follow the procedure below:

  1. We can only accept returned products that are unworn and unused.  The inside and the soles of the shoe(s) must be clean with no obvious signs or odour due to wear. The item(s) must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received in the original packaging.
  2. Write the return code from the list provided on the returns form
  3. Peel off the returns address label from the bottom of the returns form and stick to the repackaged parcel. Please cover or remove any existing delivery or courier labels.  Shoes must be returned in a bag packaged the same as they were delivered to you - do not stick the label directly to the shoe box.  
  4. Take them to your nearest post office and post back to us. Please request despatch via Recorded Delivery.
  5. All returned items are inspected prior to the goods being refunded. When all conditions are met, Vivobarefoot will refund the cost of the goods of the return the item(s).
