These 1-2-1 sessions at our Covent Garden store give you all the coaching you need to transition confidently to skillful barefoot running, or to improve your technique and ultimately your performance.

Delivered by one of our top coaches, each session will begin with a detailed assessment, specific exercise drills before and after your video analysis of your running form. Whether you are an experienced runner, are just starting out, or have been experiencing pain while running and want to improve your technique, this session is the one for you.

With experience working alongside medical professionals in New York and London, Ben has coached over a thousand runners and analysed thousands of feet. A qualified PT and Functional Exercise Specialist, Ben is passionate about pain and injury, foot and body form and function. A Lee Saxby trained “Born To Run” running technique coach and a runner with 25+ years running experience both as a competitive athlete and a long working career within the running industry.  This passion for running is coupled with a wide knowledge of training principles and associated related topics.
