The Active Bloom® Foam Insole is made using the first sustainable alternative to synthetic and petrochemical EVA foam, derived from algae biomass. This algae can damage our oceans, so harnessing it in our footwear helps clean up the environment.

Strong, non-marking rubber compound for sticky grip and high-abrasion when you need it most.

*The main materials in all our Vegan* products are synthetic and aren’t derived from animals. We don’t (yet) have the transparency we need over the production of all the small components (such as adhesives and dyes) used in these products to ensure they meet vegan best practices. So, whilst we believe the shoes are vegan, we’re not yet able to guarantee it and want to be fully transparent.

So confident, we've introduced a 100 day trial to all orders. If you change your mind within that period, we're happy for you to return your shoes for a full refund with no hassle.
Your trial will commence automatically from the date your order arrives. Simply check out with your shoes as usual and we'll take care of the rest. (Standard Ts and Cs apply).

Remove insole and dry at room tempreture. Keep out of direct sunlight and avoid putting on a radiator.
Repair Options
Laces and insoles can be replaced.
End of life
Once you can’t repair or don't need them anymore, send us your old Vivos and we’ll make they sure they’re given a second life, or if they’re really well-loved, we'll store them until we launch our recycling solution.

The materials drain and dry rapidly and stay light when wet. Hydrodynamic, quick-lock lacing allows easy on-the-move adjustments. A RISE foam insole, made with excess algae biomass choking up waterways, glides through water. And the Michelin© ESC sole grips even the slickest, most technical trails. - The closed-cell Bloom® foam insole, made with EVA and 10% Algae Bloom® (which harms our oceans if not removed), absorbs minimal water to reduce wet weight and increase your water speed.
- The materials drain and dry quickly, and stay lightweight even when dripping wet.
