Course structure
DURING THE COURSE, YOU’LL LEARN HOW TO COMBINE A RANGE OF STRENGTH SKILLS AND GROUND BASED MOVEMENTS INTO MOVEMENT CHAINS THAT BUILD FULL-BODY STRENGTH, MOBILITY AND DURABILITY.
Module 1
Strength, mobility and durability
Build functional full-body strength, mobility and durability using foundational bodyweight exercises. We'll cover multiple variations of shinboxes, squats, push ups, mountain climbers, kick throughs and more.
Module 2
Ground-based locomotion
Master dynamic ground-based movements. You'll learn to move like a samurai, walk like a gorilla and crawl like a tiger!
Module 3
Chain movement patterns
Understand how to combine everything you've learned into exciting movement chains (aka flows) - that deliver full-body functional strength, mobility and durability.
