You will learn how to combine them into efficient, effective workouts targeting your feet, lower body, upper body, or full body. With lots of possible progressions and simplifications, the course is perfect for all abilities.

Course structure

The mini-course contains three bodyweight videos, progressing from ground-up feet and ankle movements to full-body preparation and activation.

Module 1

INTRODUCTION

Meet your Coach, and understand the intention behind the movement drills and circuit.

Module 2

VIDEO 1: START FROM THE GROUND UP

Develop a strong foundation with daily practice drills working from the ground up. Move better, strengthen your feet, and restore foot health.

Module 3

VIDEO 2: FULL-BODY PREP AND MOBILITY

Prepare your whole body to workout with drills that move, rotate, flex, and extend through all ranges of motion – using just your bodyweight.

Module 4

VIDEO 3: BRING IT ALL TOGETHER

Flex your movement! Combine everything into a full-body, high-energy circuit that develops mobility, strength, awareness, and control.

GORDON CUNNINGHAM

Gordon Cunningham is a VivoHealth Coach, Sports Therapist, and Personal Trainer dedicated to helping people move better and thrive. He has coached professional dancers and performers and provided movement and foot-health education for several coaching platforms and leading industry brands. He owns Activ Scotland, a facility for movement performance and therapy, and created the PlantarBeam™.
