Functional Podiatrist Rina Harris has over 20 years of experience treating flat feet. This course distils her expertise, from what causes flat feet to effective mobility training. After learning how flat feet can cause problems, you will follow a practical 12-week treatment programme featuring drills that target symptoms in varying, reinforcing ways.

Course structure

After the course, you’ll know what flat feet are and how to holistically treat them to alleviate symptoms, restore foot function, and build resilience.

INTRODUCTION

Meet your Coach, understand the types, causes, and symptoms of flat feet, and learn the principles of holistic treatment.

PHASE 1

Exercises for developing a stable foundation. Build foot awareness, establish foot-brain connection, activate your muscles, release tight tissue, and start improving mobility and coordination.

PHASE 2

Targeted exercises that strengthen your intrinsic and extrinsic foot and ankle muscles while continuing the work of phase 1.

PHASE 3

Exercises for progressively strengthening your muscles and improving proprioception and single-leg balance. The aim is to restore natural foot and ankle function.

RINA HARRIS

Rina Harris is a Functional Podiatrist with over 20 years of experience. She specialises in foot and ankle conditions, gait mechanics, and sports injuries. She has worked at numerous leading London clinics and hospitals. Her practice is rooted in her belief that feet are naturally resilient and tuned to healthy movement – if we let them work as nature intends.
