Functional Podiatrist Rina Harris has over 20 years of experience treating bunions. This course distils her expertise, from what causes bunions to effective mobility training. After learning why bunions develop, you will follow a practical 12-week exercise programme featuring drills that target symptoms in varying, reinforcing ways.

What are bunions? Learn what causes bunions, how they develop, what aggravates symptoms, and the principles of holistic treatment.

RESTORE FOOT FUNCTION

Master a range of activation, mobility, and strengthening exercises to address muscle weaknesses and restore natural foot and big toe function.

Develop natural strength, balance, and mobility from toe to head, so you can live and move with confidence.

Learn a range of exercises to help maximise the impact of flexible training in the Motus Flex.

Course structure

After completing the 12-week online programme, you’ll know what bunions are and how to holistically treat them to reduce pain, restore foot and big toe function, and slow or even reverse growth.

INTRODUCTION

Meet your Coach and learn what causes bunions, how they develop, and the principles of holistic treatment.

PHASE 1

Exercises for developing a stable foundation. Mobilise your feet, toes, and ankles, build foot awareness, and establish foot-brain connection.

PHASE 2

Targeted exercises that strengthen your intrinsic and extrinsic foot and ankle muscles, with a focus on big toe mobility – while also continuing the work of phase 1.

PHASE 3

Exercises for progressively strengthening your muscles, refining foot mobility, and improving big toe alignment. The aim is to restore natural foot and ankle function.

RINA HARRIS

Rina Harris is a Functional Podiatrist with over 20 years of experience. She specialises in foot and ankle conditions, gait mechanics, and sports injuries. She has worked at numerous leading London clinics and hospitals. Her practice is rooted in her belief that feet are naturally resilient and tuned to healthy movement – if we let them work as nature intends.
