The Vivobarefoot Road Running and gym collection lets your feet do their natural thing – but take it easy (only very elite athletes or long time barefoot shoe wearers with great technique can go more than 10km in barefoot shoes on the road) .
DON’T RUN IN OUR SHOES (especially on hard roads)… unless you’re prepared. This means you’ve allowed your feet and ankles to strengthen. You’ve developed an upright posture. You’ve practised with very quick strides (lots of little steps). And most importantly of all, you’ve ‘relaxed’ into your running style.
