MINIMUM IMPACT, MAXIMUM MILES, MINIMAL SHOE
New technology has played a big part in recent feats of endurance running, but the human body is still the best technology we have – and on August 29th Tony Riddle, aka @thenaturallifestylist ill show us just what the optimal, natural body can do.
He’ll blaze a trail by tackling the entire National Three Peaks challenge in our barefoot shoes – that’s a combined 23-mile ascent and descent on natural surfaces, as well as an astonishing 462 miles of road, powered only by his feet and inner resources. While he's making the impossible possible, Tony will be raising awareness of human impact on the planet, and funds for human rights charity Survival international.
"We are facing an existential threat. It's time to move beyond simply raising awareness for the environment and become the change".
