I am unsure about these. This will be my first pair of Vivobarefoot shoes that I have not instantaneously loved. Reviewers had mentioned that the toe box was more narrow than most other Vivos but I found these to be the opposite. They have almost too much space and seem longer than every other pair of size 10s I have bought from Vivobarefoot. The 10s usually fit me perfectly but I am wondering if I should go with a size down. The treads are very nice and have the grip I was looking for with an outdoor shoe. I think they will definitely need a pair of light insoles to avoid landing hard on sharp rocks. Vivobarefoot is still my favorite athletic shoe brand but I feel like these could use a bit of work still.
I have several pairs of Vivobarefoot shoes and this is my second pair in this style. My first pair are from year before last and they are my absolute favorite. I bought this pair and I love the color and style, but they are a bit narrower than my first pair. Having kind of wide feet and being used to "barefoot" style shoes, this makes them slightly uncomfortable. I hope that this trend won't spread to all styles. I think if they are going to continue to be made so narrow, there should be a wide option as well.
