The traction seems to be better than the Primus models and the sole is thicker as well. The fit is roomier compared to Primus Lite as well. This comes with elastic laces. I swapped for the included regular laces so I could get a tighter fit. A good shoe and I'll keep it, but I do prefer the Primus Lite for barefoot feel and fit.

Love the wide toe box; my toes no longer hurt. The shoes feel like slippers but with excellent support. I am tempted to wear them in my house but for the need to protect the carpeting. 😏 Thank you for a superior product.
Not sure yet
These are the first purchase of vivobarfoot shoes for me. I chose this pair for the gym and thought they would be best for lateral movements etc. I love the flatness for heavy lifts. I wear a 7.5 in all tennis shoes so i bought these in a 7.5 also. I mostly wore Nike. I'm used to about 1/2 to 3/4 thumb width in the toe area but these are a little longer, because of the wide toe box I think they just seemed longer but I quickly got used to it. Not sure about durability, I hope they last because I never spend this much on shoes, they quality doesn't seem to be that great. I worry about where your foot bends at the forefoot, seems like the material could separate or tear quite easily from the rubber, we will see, I hope they stand by their product. So far I do like them, they stay put and I do like the velcro and locked down feeling, I need my shoes to stay put. I also bought the Ababa and the quality on those seem excellent.
