Quintessential Running Shoe

The Primus line of sneakers are a great all around lightweight, minimalist shoe. For my running adventures, I've been enjoying the Primus Lite. When it was time for a new pair of sneakers, I was eager to try the upgraded "green" Primus ite II.

In comparison to the original Primus Lite, the Lite II are a bit bulkier, with a slightly wider toe box (and slightly roomier overall) but without the extra weight. To me, they feel more like a shoe than the original Primus, which has a more sock like feel. I personally prefer the style of the original, but make no mistake about it, the Lite II is still a great running shoe, particularly for those who have slightly wider feet.
