I have not tried minimalist shoes before and only did so at the suggestion of a health therapist. I found walking over stones and uneven ground to be very stimulating and therapeutic. The way the sole on this shoe curves up at the instep and has a corresponding cross strap makes them very comfortable. I will we using these regularly from now on! Thx!
Great fit and good for working out. Only issue I have is the shoe laces some times come out from under strap.
