We don't offer delivery to PO boxes.
All orders placed outside the UK and EU will be subject to duties and taxes that depend on the destination of the parcel. Customers might have an option to prepay their taxes or pay them once they receive their order. Option to prepay taxes and duties will display at checkout for selected countries.
We are still shipping parcels globally. Currently our delivery partners are experiencing minor delays in some specific regions with orders reaching destinations as normal. For queries or concerns around how your country is affected, please contact our customer service team. We advise you to allow an additional 1-2 days for your order to arrive.

So confident, we've introduced a 100 day trial to all orders. If you change your mind within that period, we're happy for you to return your shoes for a full refund with no hassle.
Your trial will commence automatically from the date your order arrives. Simply check out with your shoes as usual and we'll take care of the rest. (Standard Ts and Cs apply).
