  1. How do I create an account?

    Head to the My Account page and simply enter a valid email address and create a password.

    After December 3rd in the UK and February 8th for all International markets all customers will need to reset their password so they can continue to access their account. We moved our platform to give you a better online shopping experience.

    If your account was created before November 2018 you will not be able to reset your password and will need to create a new account.

    If you don’t reset your password, you won’t be able to access your account or update your personal information. We advise you to do so in order to view past and future orders.

    If you don't receive a password reset email you might need to create a new account.

    You can reset your password at any time in the future – we will keep your account for you.


  2. How do I change my account details?

    You can update the personal details on your VIVOBAREFOOT account by logging-in to your account and heading to the Account Dashboard

  3. I cannot login to my account, what should I do?

    If you are having trouble logging into your account, firstly please ensure that the email address you are using to access is correct.

     If you cannot remember your login details or password please follow the link to RETRIEVE YOUR ACCOUNT

  4. Will there be a new Loyalty Program in the future?

    Here at Vivobarefoot, we are always striving to create meaningful connections with our customers. In the near future, you can expect to see a brand-new customer platform with tailored experiences, exclusive perks and so much more. This all stems from us striving to be the best we can be, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

  5. Will I still get rewards for my birthday or for leaving product reviews?

    In the near future, Vivobarefoot will send you a birthday gift when your special day comes around. You will not receive rewards for product reviews.

  6. Can I use my loyalty program voucher with other Vivobarefoot promotions or discounts? What about split payments?

    Just like Loyalty points, you will not be able to use your Loyalty Program gift vouchers alongside any other discount codes or promotional items online. You will also need to use your Loyalty Program voucher in one transaction.

  7. What if I’ve received two loyalty vouchers?

    Depending upon the number of points available in your account at the time of the Vivobarefoot Loyalty Program shut down, you may have received two Vivobarefoot vouchers. You are welcome to use these vouchers on two separate orders as you please.

  8. Can my loyalty program voucher be gifted to someone else?

    Your Loyalty Program voucher will be for your use online and your use only, just like your Loyalty Program points.

  9. When will my loyalty voucher expire?

    Loyalty Program vouchers sent out at the time of program shut down will be valid until May 1st 2020, so you will have plenty of time to use them when you receive them.

  10. What happens if I complete a return on a purchase that used Loyalty points?

    If after the Loyalty Program is shut down you complete a return on a previous purchase that was transacted using Loyalty points, you will receive the equivalent of the points used on the order in the form of a loyalty voucher.
