  1. How do I create an account?

    Head to the My Account page and simply enter a valid email address and create a password.

    After December 3rd in the UK and February 8th for all International markets all customers will need to reset their password so they can continue to access their account. We moved our platform to give you a better online shopping experience.

    If your account was created before November 2018 you will not be able to reset your password and will need to create a new account.

    If you don’t reset your password, you won’t be able to access your account or update your personal information. We advise you to do so in order to view past and future orders.

    If you don't receive a password reset email you might need to create a new account.

    You can reset your password at any time in the future – we will keep your account for you.

     

  2. How do I change my account details?

    You can update the personal details on your VIVOBAREFOOT account by logging-in to your account and heading to the Account Dashboard

  3. I cannot login to my account, what should I do?

    If you are having trouble logging into your account, firstly please ensure that the email address you are using to access is correct.

     If you cannot remember your login details or password please follow the link to RETRIEVE YOUR ACCOUNT

    If your account was created before November 2018 you will not be able to reset your password and will need to create a new account.

  4. Will I still get rewards for my birthday or for leaving product reviews?

    In the near future, Vivobarefoot will send you a birthday gift when your special day comes around. You will not receive rewards for product reviews.

  5. How does refer a friend work?

    Refer a friend via the VIVOBAREFOOT website to nab them $30 off of their first pair of VIVO’s and a $30 voucher for yourself!

    Login and head to the ‘Refer a Friend’ page. You’ll get a unique code to share with your friend, and we’ll email you your $30 voucher when they make their first purchase.
