Shipping and Returns


Standard Delivery – $10
We aim to try to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Please allow 3-8 working days for delivery. Untracked delivery with Smartpost. Standard delivery is free on all orders over $100

Premium Delivery - $15

Premium delivery within 2 working days of dispatch with FedEx 2-day tracked service. Please note that this is not  signed-for but is a tracked service.

Please be aware that during busy sale periods, Standard delivery orders may take us slightly longer to dispatch due to the high volume of orders.


For all shipments to Canada, your delivery will be handled by Global-e our international fulfilment partner who delivery to over 100 destinations worldwide. We offer two levels of service, standard Road (where applicable) and Express delivery

Standard Delivery $12 (Tracked). We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100

Please allow 6-11 working days for delivery

Express Delivery $20 (Tracked)

Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.

As with all shipments, we aim to pick and pack your items within 1 working day. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

*Our orders are often processed immediately and so we cannot be made amendments once the order has been received.

** Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, as well and shipping and handling fees at boarders. The customer is considered the ‘importer on record’ and as such must comply with all laws and regulations. Customs policies vary from country to country; if you do not want to be hit with any surprise charges, please ensure you contact your local customs office before placing the order. This does not apply if you have chosen to pay for your duties at checkout.

Free Returns US

Obviously we hope you are happy with your purchase, but understand if you have changed your mind. You have a 28-day return period from when your shoes were delivered in which to get a full refund. To take advantage of our FREE returns, please see below:

  1. Complete the form received with the reason code from the options on the return form.
  2. Peel off the FREE Returns label from the bottom of the returns form and stick to the repackaged parcel. Please cover or remove any existing delivery or courier labels.  Shoes must be return in a bag packaged the same as they were delivered to you - do not stick the label directly to the shoe box.  Take them to your nearest post office who'll do the rest.
  3. Allow 14 days for us to process your return.  We will send you an email to let you know once your refund has been processed.

*Please note, our FREE US returns are only valid within the United States. We do not currently offer free returns to customers in Canada.

Please be aware that shipments outside of the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, as well as shipping and handling fees on products which are refunded or exchanged.


Terms of Return 

All items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn to receive a full refund. Please ensure that items are returned in a shipping bag or box, do not affix your returns label directly to the shoe box.

Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your refund.
