Shipping and Returns

 

Standard Delivery – $10
We aim to try to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Please allow 3-8 working days for delivery. Untracked delivery with Smartpost. Standard delivery is free on all orders over $100.

Premium Delivery - $15

Premium delivery within 2 working days of dispatch with FedEx 2-day tracked service. Please note that this is not  signed-for but is a tracked service.

Please be aware that during busy sale periods, Standard delivery orders may take us slightly longer to dispatch due to the high volume of orders.

 

For all shipments to Canada, your delivery will be handled by Global-e our international fulfilment partner who delivery to over 100 destinations worldwide. We offer two levels of service, standard Road (where applicable) and Express delivery

Standard Delivery $12 (Tracked). We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100

Please allow 6-11 working days for delivery

Express Delivery $20 (Tracked)

Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.

As with all shipments, we aim to pick and pack your items within 1 working day. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

*Our orders are often processed immediately and so we cannot be made amendments once the order has been received.

** Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, as well and shipping and handling fees at boarders. The customer is considered the ‘importer on record’ and as such must comply with all laws and regulations. Customs policies vary from country to country; if you do not want to be hit with any surprise charges, please ensure you contact your local customs office before placing the order. This does not apply if you have chosen to pay for your duties at checkout.

US Returns 

We’ll gladly accept unworn or defective shoes purchased on VIVOBAREFOOT.com for return.

VIVOBAREFOOT products purchased via independent stores or websites must be returned to the location where they were purchased. Please contact the individual outlet for their return policy.

 

General Return Policy

If we receive your unworn shoes at our warehouse within 28 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original payment method with a full refund. We regret that cannot accept any shoes that show signs of extended indoor or outdoor wear unless faulty.

Follow the steps in the Returns Portal to complete your return.

Please note: We cannot exchange the size or style of your shoes. You will need to create a new order on VIVOBAREFOOT.com

If you have purchased a pair of VIVOs on our 100 day trial, you are entitled to a no-quibbles return for up to 100 days after delivery. Please select this option when using our returns portal.

Faulty Return Policy

We do our very best to assure that every pair of VIVOBAREFOOT shoes is made to the highest quality.

If you experience a fault with a purchase made on VIVOBAREFOOT.com, we will happily offer a full refund or suitable exchange within 6 months of their delivery.

If you experience a design-based fault outside of this warranty period, we are happy to extend this to 12 months. Please contact customerservices@vivobarefoot.com with further information. We regret that we cannot extend our policy for shoes that have been damaged by excessive long-term wear.

Terms of Return 

All items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn to receive a full refund. Please ensure that items are returned in a shipping bag or box, do not affix your returns label directly to the shoe box.

Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your refund.
