We make every effort to maintain a healthy supply of stock all year round, but our shoes move quickly! If there’s a still you’ve been waiting for it’s best to purchase as soon as possible to avoid disappointment

Don’t Panic! All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse, and the further away from us you are, the longer delivery can take. (See our Shipping and returns page for more details)
If you have chosen our ‘Standard’ shipping method, your items will be dispatched with Direct Link Couriers (a non-tracked service). If you have any trouble, get in touch with our Customer Care team

We pick and pack styles very quickly, so it’s often not possible to cancel prior to dispatch. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible

We might offer some styles on pre-order to allow you to order your vivos before they sell out.

We will take the payment when the order is placed. However if you change your mind and want to cancel the pre-order, please contact our customer service team who will issue your refund.
