Ready to revolutionise your natural movement? VIVOHEALTH is launching in-person movement workshops in cities around the world. We’d love you to join us!
Professional coaches will lead every workshop, drawing on years of experience guiding foot health and natural movement. As well as general strategies and exercises, they will also give you a personalised assessment and advice.
ALL WORKSHOPS INCLUDE
A full day of practical education led by our professional coaches.
The theory behind feet and natural movement.
A personalised foot-health assessment, using a plantar plate and foot scanner.
An assessment of your walking and running technique, plus a session on how to improve both.
Exercises to improve foot strength and squatting, standing, walking and running performance.
Knowledge about how to assess your or your clients' feet, helping progress your movement skills in everyday life and work.

PREPARE FOR PROGRESS
Please come ready for light exercise throughout the day, with appropriate clothing and your usual running footwear (Vivos if you have them, but no worries if not).
We will primarily be working in a studio, but may venture out to run. For our 5 hour, half day workshops please bring your own water bottle, food and snacks.
We will provide a healthy lunch for full day workshops, please bring your own water bottle. Please respond to dietary requests in the sign-up email.
