- Good with no socksThese are not as thick as the other types of insoles. I’ve been waiting for them to be back in stock to wear with my jing jings and they feel a lot better than the other insole, but make the shoes fit looser because of the difference in thickness, which I’m not sure I like. Great for wearing without socks though.

- Warmth and Extra HeightI ordered these as an additional layer for the bottom of my Motus II shoes, I have a slight leg length discrepancy (right leg is 5mm longer than left) and I thought I'd try to boost my left leg with this insert. I'd say it worked OK for that purpose. I could probably have used 2 insoles for a better lift. Over time, as with all the vivo insoles, the material compressed from consistently walking and running on it.
I had a little trouble fitting them into my shoe so I took scissors to them and carved off a small bit to make them fit more easily.
This is a great option if you want more warmth in the colder months. I remember that my feet used to bleed heat into the cement ground when I would be standing around in the winter or waiting for the subway.Posted on
- OK insolesI bought women insoles (checked so that they match the length of male shoes) as all male are sold out. Male 10 US is same as female 11.5 US.
These are good insoles and fit perfectly the shoe. The add quite a bit of cushioning (if that's what you're looking for).
These insoles add a lot of friction (so your foot doesn't slip inside the shoe) but that makes my socks slip off when going uphill during kihes. So had to remove them.
Before I had non-cork insoles that had the same type of fabric as shoe's sole - and I liked those much more.Posted on
- NiceThese innersoles are a great addition to any shoe. I put them inside a pair of Toms. Nice cushion and good quality.

- No funk insoleNo funk!! I added these to some flat, flexible oxfords from AnotherSole. The insoles they came with are super padded, thick, and with a very high Arch that I believe began contributing to my back pain. These have great cushion protecting from the bumps and cracks of the ground, but not "support" in the traditional sense. Also, my feet don't get super sweaty or funky in closed in shoes!

- Good replacement for the thermal insolesThese are a good replacement for the thermal insoles (which are too hot except on very cold days when I wouldn't wear short ankle boots anyway). I also use these to replace shaped insoles in some of my shoes from other brands.

- Shock AbsorbentI enjoy using the cork insole in the Kanna model during the summer months. It is breathable and light and adds just enough cushion to my Vivobarefoot shoes.

- Amazingly warm and comfortableAt first I was worried they would take up a lot of extra space in the shoe, but it was also because my shoes were new. Once everything is broken in, these are amazing. They're very warm and a good middle ground if you're still getting used to barefoot shoes. They do run a tiny bit big, but I got the same size as my shoes and they work fine.

- Comfortable and minimalThese insoles are great. I decided to upgrade because I wore a hole in my old ones and they started to smell a little. This new cork material is comfortable and doesn’t hold a scent like the other material did. I highly recommend.

- No socks no sweatGreat barefoot feel that adds cushion but without making it feel like you are walking on a cloud. I have paired them with my opanka slip on just because I want to wear them without any socks and wanted the shoes to last longer.
Also my feet did not sweat in hot and humid Florida weather. I will be buying another pair for other Vivos.Posted on

- Fantasticthe first time I had tried cork insoles, I could barely ever tell I was wearing them and my feet loved them and how they felt. When my shoe was no longer able to be worn because of tearing, I smelled the cork insole and it only smelled like the earth, so pretty sure that’s a good sign.

- Just the right amount of padding!These insoles are great! I used them a lot when getting used to my Vivos at the beginning and still use them today when not wearing socks.
Vivos are great without them, as you can truly get the barefoot feel, but these are a great companion to those making the transition!

- I wanted these to work!I ordered these in a 40 to put in my Jing Jings of the same size. Even though the Jings are a bit big on my the elastic pulls my feet forward in the shoes and they make my toes hurt and unable to extend like they should in a barefoot style shoe. So I thought the insoles would hold the shoes extended but, even though the same size, they wouldn't fit into them. Bummer! Would love to try something that would work but don't want to pay shipping for just one item... Maybe I'll try again when I order a new pair of shoes.

- they saved the shoesI'd gotten a couple new pairs of Vivos last summer but kept wearing the ones I had. When I finally changed, I found my feet aching again. I realized the soles make a big difference for me. These cork insoles make my feet happy again. Wish I could get another pair.

- Nice for warmer weatherThese run large, so I had to return--and they are out of my size. But it's a high quality insole that would be a great alternative to the thermal for summer or a little extra cushion any time. Recommended if they have your size!

- Excellent minimal paddingAm amazed that such a thin insole is that warm and cushioning; it gives great comfort and padding! City walking is hard on my feet, and I'm glad to add the insole when I feel I need some more cushion. It does slide back in my shoes slightly (the mia), so that I feel a small gap in the front, but it's easy to readjust the insole. I still get the barefoot experience with the insole, It's worth having a pair of insoles for when you need them; the barefoot experience is pretty much maintained. The size 6 is a true size 7 (I had ordered the 7 and it was way too large.)

- odd sizingI bought these in the same size that I bought the shoe in - and I feel like I should have bought a smaller size. The insert seems rather large, somehow larger then the same sized shoes. Its difficult to get into the shoe and theres a lot of "extra" material with nowhere to go.

- great for people who hate socks!Got these just to put in my work shoes, the cork insole really helps to disperse sweat, so my shoes can stay new! I need to break down and buy that protectant product that goes hand-in-hand with Vivo but I'm lazy.

- Very light inner solesThese inner soles are thin and feel great. You don't loose that 'barefoot feel ' but gain a bit of cushion. Mine seemed to run large, but I was able to trim to the size I need with a pair of scissors!
