We don't offer delivery to PO boxes.
All orders placed outside the UK and EU will be subject to duties and taxes that depend on the destination of the parcel. Customers might have an option to prepay their taxes or pay them once they receive their order. Option to prepay taxes and duties will display at checkout for selected countries.

So confident, we've introduced a 100 day trial to all orders. If you change your mind within that period, we're happy for you to return your shoes for a full refund with no hassle.
Your trial will commence automatically from the date your order arrives. Simply check out with your shoes as usual and we'll take care of the rest. (Standard Ts and Cs apply).

Dry at room tempreture. Keep out of direct sunlight and avoid putting on a radiator.
Aftercare
LIQUIPROOF PREMIUM PROTECTOR. With wear, your shoes may loose some water resistent quality that is applied to the textile of the shoes. This product can be used to replenish the water repellent qualities.
End of life
Once you can’t repair or don't need them anymore, send us your old Vivos and we’ll make they sure they’re given a second life, or if they’re really well-loved, we'll store them until we launch our recycling solution.
