What a walking boot should be

These are what a walking boot should be. Soft leather that and a flexible sole. I've been for several hikes in them now and never suffered any hotspots or blisters or anything, which is ace. Zero break in time.

The ankle support is good but does not hinder my gait.

My only criticism and it's a minor one is the length of the laces. They are just too long.

Very pleased overall 9.5/10.

Great boots

Great boots! Very impressed. So much so I bought my brother a pair for his birthday.

I work as a rope access technician, climbing and abseiling for a living and I wear these often in work. They're very sturdy and comfortable. Some sites it is mandatory to wear safety boots with steel toe capped boots. Would you ever consider making minimalist barefoot safety boots with carbon fibre toe caps? Just a thought as all safety boots are heavy, uncomfortable and quite cluncky (and perhaps the cause of many trips slips and falls on site)
