I purchased a pair of ABABA shoes in Black leather and loved them so much I picked up a pair in Canvas as well! Super product. I love them!
This is a great option for casual summer wear. They're super comfortable to wear barefoot and they have a style that goes well with lots of things such as jeans or shorts. However be aware of sizing, I'm usually EU44 in Vivobarefoot (eg Ra, Gobi, Stealth) and EU44 in these were too small but EU45 fit fine. In comparison the leather version of the Ababa just about fits me in EU44 but I needed to stretch them slightly. Whereas the canvas version is a bit smaller and doesn't stretch like leather. The reason I took off one star is that my ankle bone rubs on the sides, as the side slopes up in a straight line instead of having a U-shaped cutout for the ankles. I have the Ababa in the leather which is the same, but the leather is soft so doesn't rub my ankles whereas the canvas is stiffer. Your ankle bone might be higher in which case it won't be an issue but something to be aware of.In summary, if you get the right size and don't have the ankle bone issue then these are an awesome pair of summer casual shoes.
