ROLE OVERVIEW

The CRM Lead sits within the Customer Journey Team working closely with our content manager, ecommerce, digital marketing, product & creative teams. We are looking for an enthusiastic and autonomous individual, with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail. An experienced planner with a proven track record of working across the CRM landscape – including campaign management, audience segmentation, customer insights automation flows and building out loyalty and reward programs.

The CRM Lead is responsible for:

- Ownership of the VIVO and REVIVO email newsletter comms calendars, designs, content and automated CRM journeys, including triggered messages, referral program (mention-me) and one-off communications and campaigns.

- Partner with the Product, Marketing and Ecommerce teams to build a robust understanding of our customer base with special emphasis on the customer’s needs across different segments and product categories to create tailored user journeys.

- Work closely with the technology team to continuously develop and enhance the integration of our CRM platform (Exponea) with other customer platforms as well as continuous enhancement of additional data points, personalisation of content, improved reporting, etc.

- Development of customer segments & comms against LTV, retention goals, churn, loyalty & advocacy programs.

- Responsible for business-wide customer analytics and reporting on performance by customer cohort, demographics, category & product, and use results to inform future decisions and roadmaps.

- Autonomous self-managed ownership of channels whilst managing external requests from varying categories and departments.

- Effectively manage existing vendor relationships as well as identify relevant new solutions and opportunities to elevate the customer comms journey.

- Conducting concept and usability testing and gather feedback.

- Analysing on-site user behavioural data through our analytics suite (including Google Analytics and UX
analytics too).

- Championing best practice of usability and user-centric design.

- Taking responsibility for proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey and
validating through a comprehensive test & learn approach, maximising the testing toolset taking into

- Managing the communities on the main Vivobarefoot and ReVivo accounts, mainly Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Coordinating and posting content across social platforms, copywriting support for posts where needed.
- SEO/platform best practice/keeping abreast of trends/platform updates.
- Keeping up to date with brand-aligned social media trends & stories.
- Answering comments, questions, and working with our customer support team to solve customer issues when needed.
- Working closely with the following internal and external stakeholders:
o The Partnerships and Ambassador team as needed to leverage ambassador content.
o Customer Service – keeping our external customer services team (Zendesk) up-to-speed, escalating customer queries from social accounts on orders or product issues.
- You will be on the case responding to community queries (within 24 hours)
- Our customer base is international, so you must be willing to work flexible hours and check in on weekends. This will be managed in conjunction with the broader team and within your contracted hours.
