Head to the My Account page and simply enter a valid email address and create a password.

You can update the personal details on your VIVOBAREFOOT account by logging-in to your account and heading to the Account Dashboard

If you can’t remember your password click on the ‘Retrieve my account ' link at the bottom of the My Account page

If you haven’t collected or redeemed Loyalty points in the last year, your points will expire on August 7. If you have £5 or more worth of points available in your account when the Vivobarefoot Loyalty Program shuts down in September, you will receive the equivalent in the form of a percentage off gift voucher from Vivobarefoot that can be used online only in the same way you used your Loyalty points previously.

If after the Loyalty Program is shut down you complete a return on a previous purchase that was transacted using Loyalty points, you will receive the equivalent of the points used on the order in the form of a gift voucher.

Loyalty Program gift vouchers sent out at the time of program shut down will be valid until May 1 2020, so you will have plenty of time to use them when you receive them.

Just like Loyalty points, you will not be able to use your Loyalty Program gift vouchers alongside any other discount codes or promotional items online. You will also need to use your Loyalty Program voucher in one transaction.

Your Loyalty Program gift voucher will be for your use online and your use only, just like your Loyalty Program points.

In the near future, Vivobarefoot will send you a birthday gift when your special day comes around. You will not receive rewards for product reviews.

We have calculated your gift voucher based on average order value and rounded up the value of points remaining in your account at the time of the Vivobarefoot Loyalty Program shut down. For example, if you had 50 points in your account, that previously equaled £5 worth of Loyalty Points. For those 50 points you’ve received a 10% off gift voucher to use on Vivobarefoot.com, likely equaling more than £5!

Depending upon the amount of points available in your account at the time of the Vivobarefoot Loyalty Program shut down, you may have received two Vivobarefoot vouchers. You are welcome to use these vouchers on two separate orders as you please.
