We make every effort to maintain a healthy supply of stock year round, but our shoes move quickly! You can sign up for e-mail alerts when we re-stock on certain styles, however others are more limited, and once they’re gone they’re gone, so if there is a style you’ve been waiting for it’s best to purchase as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!

Don’t Panic! All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse, and the further away from us you are, the longer delivery can take. (See our Shipping and returns page for more details)
If you have chosen our ‘Standard’ shipping method, your items will be dispatched with Direct Link Couriers (a non-tracked service). If you have any trouble, get in touch with our Customer Care team

We pick and pack styles very quickly, so it’s often not possible to cancel prior to dispatch.

If you’re based in the UK or European Union you have the statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund (including delivery costs) provided you notify us within 14 calendar days, from receipt of the order. See our Terms and Conditions for more . If you are located outside the UK or European Union and wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team .

In addition we offer a worldwide 100-day return policy.

When you pre-order you’re purchasing a product ahead of its official release date. You’ll be charged in full (T&Cs apply as always) and once your pre-order has been dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email. For standard shipping, please allow 3-5 working days. If there are any unforeseen difficulties we’ll notify you straight away!

If you combine your pre-orders with currently available items, we’ll process and ship these separately.
