VIVOBAREFOOT products purchased via independent stores or websites must be returned to the location where they were purchased. Please contact the individual outlet for their return policy.
General Return Policy
If we receive your shoes at our warehouse within 100 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original payment method with a full refund.
Follow the steps in the Returns Portal to complete your return.
Please note: We cannot exchange the size or style of your shoes. You will need to create a new order on VIVOBAREFOOT.com
Faulty Return Policy
We do our very best to assure that every pair of VIVOBAREFOOT shoes is made to the highest quality.
If you experience a fault with a purchase made on VIVOBAREFOOT.com, we will happily offer a full refund or suitable exchange within 6 months of their delivery.

If you experience a design-based fault outside of this warranty period, we are happy to extend this to 12 months. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with further information. We regret that we cannot extend our policy for shoes that have been damaged by excessive long-term wear.

Terms of Return
All items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn to receive a full refund. Please ensure that items are returned in a shipping bag or box, do not affix your returns label directly to the shoe box.
Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your refund.
