Nice looking

They look very solid, just some small glue resilduals at the sole/leather interface. They look and feel very solid in comparisun to my vivo lite. Size runs smaller than my vivo lite.

Probably best winter shoe

Finding a winter proof barefoot shoe for harsh Finnish winter isn't an easy task, these are my third pair of Vivobarefoot hiking shoes.

First ones got finally destroyed when i was descending from Mount Doom (Mount Ngauruhoe) in New Zealand and the sharp volcanic rock was too much for my shoes that had already seen many adventures by then. As my favorite pair of shoes got ripped to pieces by a volcano I decided to get a pair of newer model of the same shoe once i got back home to Finland.

My second pair lasted almost five years of daily use, but all good things come to an end eventually so when I had finally walked enough to get bottoms of my shoes completely worn out.

I had to decide do I want to keep my feet warm in the winter or do i want to eat, because only complain I have for these shoes is their price. Luckily I have gathered some fat on my body to live by in the winter, so I ordered new pair of shoes.

These are so far bit stiffer than my older model, though I'm relatively certain that they'll get more flexible after some usage, my older model had been in use for five years and had time to mold to my feet.

The leather looks way better than the fabric in my older model, and many of my friends didn't first believe me when I told them that these shoes are barefoot shoes.

These shoes are extremely comfortable, and I'm eager to wait and see how they will fare when the snow and ice cover the ground. The older model was a bit slippery on icy conditions, but the information your foot gets trough the thin sole helps with your balance and to do corrective movements before you slip.

So comfy!

I bought these boots off season because I didn't want to miss out on stock availability and I'm very happy about taking the chance. They're very comfortable and great to use in the city. Even though I haven't tested them out in the wild, from the usage I've given them so far, it seems that they're mora than capable and well worth the money!
