Nice Shoe

I like my new shoes, the feeling is excellent and the are very warm too. So I am very satisfied.

Another great shoe from Vivobarefoot

This is my first off road shoe from vivobarefoot (Primus FM, mens). Order and delivery of the shoes normal as expected. The shoes themselves (colour, details etc) are exactly as they appear on the website, which I am very pleased with. They came along with a pair of perforated insoles, apparently for quick drainage as the shoes are meant to be worn on the trail. Even though I still haven't worn them for a run, on wearing them at home without the insoles they run a bit large in length, though their width is normal for a vivobarefoot shoe. But once you fit in the insoles and try them on again they fit perfectly, still allowing for the necessary room for your fingers to spread while running. Thinking it over, I think its well thought from Vivobarefoot that the shoes run a bit large on length because when running long distances you can start your run with the insoles and take them off later at some stage when your feet start to swell. Overall I think its another great shoe from Vivobarefoot and long awaited for for trail running.

Aside from the laces, this seems like another winner from Vivo

Got these in the door after a 3-month search for available stock. They came in so late that they immediately had to go through a 13km race. I managed to take a 1 hour week in them in the day leading up to the race, but even then they performed excellently. No blisters, no trouble. They felt a lot like the Stealth II that I use for road running.

The only drawback I can think of is the laces, whch has that annoying "pull to tighten" buckle that Salomon also use.

Other than that a great running shoe so far.
