Shipping and Returns

 Standard Delivery - £7

We aim to try to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.  Second Class non-tracked service provided by Royal Mail. Free standard Delivery on all orders over £100.

Please be aware that during busy sale periods, Standard delivery orders may take us slightly longer to dispatch due to the high volume of orders.

 

Next Day (Premium) Delivery - £10

All orders placed before 2.30pm will be delivered the next working day.  Orders placed after 2.30pm on Thursday, and on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and delivered on Tuesday.  Delivery provided by DPD. Tracking code will be provided. 

UK mainland postcodes only (excludes Channel Islands).

Please note that NDD orders placed after 2.30pm on Thursday 29th March until Monday 2nd April , will be delivered Wednesday 4th April.

 

Saturday/Sunday delivery (before 6pm) - £12

To be eligible for next day weekend delivery you must place your order before 2.30pm on Friday. Any orders placed after 2.30pm on Friday will not be processed in time for next day (saturday/sunday) delivery and will be delivered the following weekend instead.

UK mainland postcodes only (excludes Channel Islands).

 

*If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. We strongly advise against deliveries to be made to hotels or third party couriers.  Any orders made, to be sent to a hotel or a third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client.  Therefore, we regret to inform, that we cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive to the hotels or third party courier, or are damaged on receipt.  We will, however, do what we can to help in cases like these.

For all shipments outside of the UK, your delivery will be handled by Global-e our international fulfilment partner who deliver to over 100 destinations worldwide. We offer two levels of service, standard Road (where applicable) and Express delivery.

Please remember when selecting your shipping method that we urge you to select our Road service. This reduces the need to use air freight to closer destinations. Help us help the environment.

Express Delivery €15 (Tracked)

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

*Our orders are often processed immediately and so we cannot make amendments once the order has been received.

** Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, as well as shipping and handling fees at borders. The customer is considered the ‘importer on record’ and as such must comply with all laws and regulations. Customs policies vary from country to country; if you do not want to be hit with any surprise charges, please ensure you contact your local customs office before placing the order. This does not apply if you have chosen to pay for your duties at checkout.

We are not able to process orders to a PO BOX address.

UK Returns 

VIVOBAREFOOT products purchased via independent stores or websites must be returned to the location where they were purchased. Please contact the individual outlet for their return policy.

 

General Return Policy

If we receive your shoes at our warehouse within 100 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original payment method with a full refund. 

Follow the steps in the Returns Portal to complete your return.

Please note: We cannot exchange the size or style of your shoes. You will need to create a new order on VIVOBAREFOOT.com

 

Faulty Return Policy

We do our very best to assure that every pair of VIVOBAREFOOT shoes is made to the highest quality.

If you experience a fault with a purchase made on VIVOBAREFOOT.com, we will happily offer a full refund or suitable exchange within 6 months of their delivery.

If you experience a design-based fault outside of this warranty period, we are happy to extend this to 12 months. Please contact customerservices@vivobarefoot.com with further information. We regret that we cannot extend our policy for shoes that have been damaged by excessive long-term wear.

Terms of Return 

All items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn to receive a full refund. Please ensure that items are returned in a shipping bag or box, do not affix your returns label directly to the shoe box.

Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your refund.
