The QA Analyst responsibilities include designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. As a QA Analyst you will be a vital player within the Technology team supporting the product development process.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests for features launches to ensure our website, ecommerce platform and ERP systems run smoothly and meet the project owner’s needs, whilst being cost-effective. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.) This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems. ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is key role within the Finance team at Vivo. Leading a team of 5 and reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the Financial Controller will be responsible for all aspects of Financial Control across the business. Working at the heart of the Finance function, cross functionally with various stakeholders across the business and with external partners, this role is fundamental to the healthy functioning of the business.
The Finance Controller is responsible for:
- Managing the Financial Control team.
- Ownership of the General Ledger.
- Cashflow forecasting.
- Balance sheet forecasting.
- Month end close process.
- Weekly, monthly and annual reporting.
- Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ownership of the year end statutory audit process.
- Finance processes & controls.
- Weekly payment run.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a boldly creative and exceptionally organised candidate to lead our creative function into the next chapter of Vivobarefoot’s regenerative mission. Reporting into the Head of Brand & Product Marketing, the role balances art & science through creative execution and workflow management. You’ll be responsible for leading the team to manage, direct and deliver all creative output for the brand. Through the delivery of best-in-class innovative and engaging creative and visual storytelling, the role will be instrumental to achieving our mission of reconnecting people and planet.
The Finance Controller is responsible for:
- Leadership of the creative function, workflow and operational processes.
- End to end management of creative projects, from initial scope and budgeting, to scheduling and delivery.
- Creative management of flagship campaigns across footwear, health and activism, as well as product storytelling and promotion.
- Manage, produce and direct still and film shoots for content and campaigns, including the post-production process and schedule.
- Lead design for digital, physical, retail, packaging and POS, as well as other outputs.
- Shaping internal and external documents and presentations, from press releases to annual reports.
- Managing, nurturing, commissioning and building an external network of agencies and freelancers.
- Work in collaboration with Marketing and other functions to deliver brand needs and business goals
