The VHealth Partnerships & Content Manager is responsible for growing the thought leadership network in the health and active space. Focusing on large influencer media partnerships, identifying, and managing new education partners and groups as well supporting the management of the VHealth education platform.
Reporting into the Head of Health, working closely with category marketing teams and Vivo coaching network they will successfully develop and manage a varied mix of partnerships.
The role will work with some of the most exciting people and teams in the natural health space and will help grow brand awareness in the area.

The role will also help support the VHealth Education platform. Managing course partnerships, coaching schedules and live classes with key ambassadors.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The CRM Lead sits within the Customer Journey Team working closely with our content manager, ecommerce, digital marketing, product & creative teams. - Partner with the Product, Marketing and Ecommerce teams to build a robust understanding of our customer base with special emphasis on the customer’s needs across different segments and product categories to create tailored user journeys.

- Work closely with the technology team to continuously develop and enhance the integration of our CRM platform (Exponea) with other customer platforms as well as continuous enhancement of additional data points, personalisation of content, improved reporting, etc.

- Development of customer segments & comms against LTV, retention goals, churn, loyalty & advocacy programs.

- Responsible for business-wide customer analytics and reporting on performance by customer cohort, demographics, category & product, and use results to inform future decisions and roadmaps.

The Logistics Manager is responsible for:

- Daily operational management of our warehouses to ensure orders are being processed and delivered to agreed SLA’s and cost efficiently.

- Managing B2B customer pre orders for future seasons from creation through to delivery.

- In season order management to advise the commercial team what stock is available, ensuring that orders for stock subsequently purchased is placed with warehouses and delivered to customers.

- SEO/platform best practice/keeping abreast of trends/platform updates.
- Keeping up to date with brand-aligned social media trends & stories.
- Answering comments, questions, and working with our customer support team to solve customer issues when needed.
- Working closely with the following internal and external stakeholders:
o The Partnerships and Ambassador team as needed to leverage ambassador content.
o Customer Service – keeping our external customer services team (Zendesk) up-to-speed, escalating customer queries from social accounts on orders or product issues.
