KIDS SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM

  1. How is the product billed?

    Braintree (Paypal payment gateway) will bill the customer $29 (plus tax) on a monthly recurring basis for 12 months. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime provided the value of the shoes ($90 per pair) is equal to the dollar value of the payments received. If not, the difference will be charged as an additional payment.

  2. What if I don't use the 4-shoe allocation in a single calendar year?

    2 pairs of shoes can be carried over to the following year if not ordered in the current year (Jan – Dec).

  3. How do I order shoes?

    Visit Vivobarefoot.com and select the shoe style and size desired. Check-out as usual, enter your personalized membership code, and your address. The shoes will be delivered with in 5 – 10 business days.

  4. How do I return shoes that don’t fit?

    Every shipment includes a free return shipping label. Simply package the un-used product into the original packaging materials and use the shipping bag and label to return the shoes.

  5. How does the program work?

    For $29 per month, parents can choose any of our children’s styles up to 4 pairs per year. They can acquire the shoes anytime during the subscription period.

  6. How do I return shoes that don't fit?

  7. Do I own the shoes?

    We encourage customers to “pay it forward” by donating shoes that no longer fit their children to secondary charitable markets or resell them on a secondary market. The shoes you acquire under the subscription model are yours.

  8. Can I purchase additional pairs of shoes?

    Additional pairs can be purchased at a 30% discount for children’s and 20% for adults.

  9. How many customers can participate in the pilot program?

    We are opening the initial pilot up to 100 customers.

  10. Can I have more than one child in the program but only pay for one subscription?

    While we encourage you to enroll each of your children in the program to maximize your benefit, we understand if you want to share the 4 pair limit especially in cases where your children’s foot sizes have stabilized.
