Please note that our warehouse operates between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday *#. Your order will be processed and dispatched by our team during these hours.
We aim to pick and pack and dispatch your items within 1-2 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Standard shipping is provided by Australia Post or Startrack for larger shipments. Tracking details are supplied within your dispatch email.
In the event that we are unable to supply the product/s in your order due to stock availability, the unavailable item/s will be automatically cancelled and a refund processed. You will be notified of this via email.
Please be aware that during peak times and sale periods, our regular pick, pack and dispatch times for standard delivery can increase to 3-4 days due to the high volume of orders.
