  1. What is Revivo?

    Our aim is to keep as many pairs of Vivo’s out of landfill and provide all products with an end of life solution. And ReVivo is our initial foray into this.

    This program is currently only available in overseas but we hope to bring it to Australia and New Zealand in the near future.

  2. What is the Take Back program?

    The Revivo Take Back program is our initiative to extend the lifetime of our shoes and keep them out of landfill. From October 2020-August 2021 customers sent us their old pairs of Vivobarefoot shoes to be refurbished and resold, and as a thank you, we rewarded customers with a 20% discount code for Vivobarefoot or a £10 to the Livebarefoot Foundation for each pair that we received.

    Following the success of the Amnesty trial, we have established a year-round take back program.

    We have taken feedback from you, our customers, on board and will now offer free shipping to UK customers who wish to send in their old Vivos. Sorry global Barefooters, we’re working on expanding free shipping for our Take Back program to more regions, and eventually, make this available worldwide.

  3. How does the Take Back program work?

    For customers outside the UK, please e-mail revivo@vivobarefoot.com for further assistance. *Please note that at the moment, we can not provide free shipping outside the UK, and you will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping us your Vivos. We’re working to expand free shipping for our Take Back program to more regions, and eventually, make this available worldwide.

     

    For UK customers:

    1. Clean, then pack your old Vivos (you’ll need to provide your own packaging)
    2. Use our Royal Mail portal [ click here] to arrange to ship your parcel for free.
    3. Confirm the shape and size of your package
    4. Fill out the form and select “Vivobarefoot Take Back” as the reason for return.
    5. After entering your details, press the red button towards the bottom of the page: “Create your label for Revivo Take Back by Vivobarefoot” (You’ll have the option to use a QR code on your smartphone if you don’t have access to a printer)
    6. Once you’ve arranged the free shipping, don’t forget to post your Vivos.
  4. What’s the difference between the Take Back Programme and the 100-day trial?

    The ReVivo Take Back program is our initiative to extend the lifetime of our products and keep them out of landfill.

    Customers are encouraged to send their pre-loved Vivos back to us no matter how long ago they made their purchase, no matter what channel they bought them from.

    UK customers can ship us old Vivobarefoot footwear for free. We are working on offering free shipping in more regions soon.

    Our goal is to keep as many Vivobarefoot shoes out of landfill and to give them a new live by refurbishing and reselling them on Revivo.

    Our 100-day trial is ongoing for every pair of new shoes purchased on Vivobarefoot.com to give customers a chance to make sure their shoes are right for them. Shoes returned via Vivo’s standard returns service under the 100-day trial are entitled to a full refund on their original purchase.

  5. Can I send in any type of shoes?

    Currently, we only offer this service for Vivobarefoot shoes. We accept all Vivobarefoot footwear, in any condition.
