Standard Delivery- Free on all orders over $100 ($5 on those below)

Please note that our warehouse operates between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday *#. Your order will be processed and dispatched by our team during these hours.

We aim to pick and pack and dispatch your items within 1-2 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Standard shipping is provided by Australia Post or Startrack for larger shipments. Tracking details are supplied within your dispatch email.

In the event that we are unable to supply the product/s in your order due to stock availability, the unavailable item/s will be automatically cancelled and a refund processed. You will be notified of this via email. 

Please be aware that during peak times and sale periods, our regular pick, pack and dispatch times for standard delivery can increase to 3-4 days due to the high volume of orders.

 

Important Customs Duties and Foreign Tax Information

All prices on www.vivobarefoot.com/au are quoted and charged in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Australian GST unless otherwise specified

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

We hope you are happy with your purchase but understand you may change your mind. The returns process will need to be initiated within 28 days from the date the products were shipped to you.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA: We offer FREE returns within Australia and a free returns postage label will be enclosed with your order for your convenience. If you have not received a postage label, please email our Customer Support team.

OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA: Customers outside of Australia are required to pay return postage but this will be reimbursed on receipt of goods with a valid proof of purchase. Please contact our Customer Support team for more details.

RETURNS CHECKLIST
To us the branded shoebox is as important as the shoes themselves, therefore we can’t accept shoes back for an exchange or refund without the original packaging in saleable condition.
VIVOBAREFOOT AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND will accept shoes back for an exchange or refund provided that following conditions are met:

  1. Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached 
  2. In the original packaging which must be in the original condition – please do not attach the returns label directly to the shoe box.
  3. If you are recycling the original post bag the shoes were sent in, turn the bag inside out or cover/remove any existing delivery or courier labels. 

Once that’s done simply take your return to your nearest post office but don’t forget to request and retain proof of postage and tracking information as Vivobarefoot cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.

To expedite the return, please email cs-australia@vivobarefoot.com with your tracking number so we can alert the warehouse of its arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods which are not sent in accordance with our returns policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
