FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ( ORDERS OVER $100 AUD) 

  • Free for orders over $100 AUD  -  $5 AUD for orders below $100.

  • Up to 5 pairs per order - contact us for orders of 6+ pairs.
  • Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
  • Tracking details are supplied within your dispatch email.
  • Australia and New Zealand Only

EXPRESS DELIVERY ( AUSTRALIA ONLY)

  • $15.00 AUD per order.
  • Up to 5 pairs per order - contact us for orders of 6+ pairs.
  • Please allow up to 1 to 3 business days for delivery –  excluding handling time.  
  • Express delivery tracking details are supplied within your dispatch email.
  • This service is unavailable for orders going to New Zealand.

Delivery times outlined above are an estimation and are subject to the destination postcode, courier service , time of acceptance and receipt of cleared payment.

ORDER DISPATCH

  • All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse which operates between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday *#. Your order will be processed and dispatched by our team during these hours.
  • Our handling time for most orders is 1-2 working days.
  • Please be aware that during peak times and sale periods, our handling times for standard delivery can increase to 3-4 days due to the high volume of orders.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

In the event that we are unable to supply the product/s in your order due to stock availability, the unavailable item/s will be automatically cancelled and a refund processed. You will be notified of this via email. 

IMPORTANT CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FOREIGN TAX INFORMATION

All prices on www.vivobarefoot.com/au are quoted and charged in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Australian GST unless otherwise specified.  Customers are charged the same price regardless of their shipping location.

GST refunds do not apply for online orders. Our policy complies with Australian and New Zealand GST legislation.

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

For further information, it may be necessary to call your local customs offices to gain further details in order to avoid any unexpected charges.

We hope you are happy with your purchase but understand you may change your mind. The returns process will need to be initiated within 28 days from the date the products were shipped to you.

Your order will include a returns form and address label but if you do not have these documents enclosed click here to download a copy or contact our  Customer Support team, and they will send you the returns information.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We offer FREE returns within Australia and a free returns postage label will be enclosed with your order for your convenience. If you have not received a postage label, please email our Customer Support team.

OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
Customers outside of Australia are required to pay return postage but we will reimburse return postage up to the value of $25 NZD on receipt of goods with a valid postage proof of purchase. Please contact our Customer Support team for more details.

RETURNS CHECKLIST
To us the branded shoebox is as important as the shoes themselves, therefore we can’t accept shoes back for an exchange or refund without the original packaging in saleable condition.
VIVOBAREFOOT AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND will accept shoes back for an exchange or refund provided that following conditions are met:

  1. Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached 
  2. In the original packaging which must be in the original condition – please do not attach the returns label directly to the shoe box.
  3. If you are recycling the original post bag the shoes were sent in, turn the bag inside out or cover/remove any existing delivery or courier labels. 

Once that’s done simply enclose your completed returns form and take your return to your nearest post office - but don’t forget to request and retain proof of postage and tracking information as Vivobarefoot cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.

To expedite the return, please email cs-australia@vivobarefoot.com with your tracking number so we can alert the warehouse of its arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods which are not sent in accordance with our returns policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
