Premium Delivery- $15 

Premium delivery supplied by express Australia post. Tracking details are supplied within your dispatch email.

Standard Delivery- Free on all orders over $100 ($5 on those below)

We aim to pick and pack and dispatch your items within 1-2 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. Standard shipping is provided by Australia Post or Startrack for larger shipments. Tracking details are supplied within your dispatch email.

In the event that we are unable to supply the product/s in your order due to stock availability, the unavailable item/s will be automatically cancelled and a refund processed.

Please be aware that during peak times and sale periods, our regular pick, pack and dispatch times for standard delivery can increase to 3-4 days due to the high volume of orders.

Free Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but understand if you have changed your mind. You have a 28-day return period from when your shoes were delivered in which to get a full refund. To take advantage of our FREE returns, please see below:

To receive your FREE Returns label just call the Customer Services team on (03) 9583 2337 or email us at cs-australia@vivobarefoot.com and we will email your label.

Please note that the branded shoebox is just as important to us as the shoes themselves, so to ensure your return is eligible for a refund or exchange please see the following checklist:

  1. Do not attach the label directly to the shoe box,
  2. Please wrap/repackage your shoe box to ensure the original box is protected and doesn’t get damaged - as unfortunately we can’t accept shoes back without the original packaging in saleable condition.
  3. If you are recycling the original post bag the shoes were sent in, please cover or remove any existing delivery or courier labels.

Once that’s done simply take your return to your nearest post office and they will do the rest. Don't forget to request and retain proof of postage as Vivobarefoot cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.
