PRE-ORDER CUSTOMER INFORMATION – JANUARY/FEBRUARY 2019
- Pre-Order items are only available while stocks last - no rainchecks.
- Estimated dispatch for pre-orders is currently week beginning 11th February 2019.
- Pre-ordered items will be charged in full as soon as the order is placed, and payment has been cleared.
- Sometimes unforeseen delays can occur. If there is a delay to the arrival of reserved stock, you will be notified of this by email.
- If you combine your pre-ordered items with items currently available, these will be processed and shipped separately.
- When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
