      Just got my breatho trails and they rock! They seem true to size, I normally wear a 9 or 9.5 and ordered a 41 and they fit well with a roomy toe box. I probably should have sized down but some of the other Vivo shoes ran small. My feet don't move around in them so they'll do but I just have extra room in the toes. Comfy from the first minute and the most attractive barefoot shoes I've found. As for trail running, I'm unable to say because everything is still buried in snow here but the tread looks excellent for traction. Hate to leave an incomplete review but it might help someone order the right size.
