    I bought a pair of the off road boots for my 12 year old son. He loves the barefoot feel as we all do in our family. Just one small concern was the laces. They are made of slippy stuff and kept coming undone. This caused a friend to stand on one and snap off the top lace catch. We have replaced the laces with a different set - perhaps consider using the same laces as the ones you use for running shoes?

    I bought a pair of Off Road Hi Kids for my six year old son a couple of months ago although he wanted another pair.

    Now he wares them every single day.

    He wares them to school, when he's hiking in the woods and when he plays soccer.
