There are one or two large companies doing great things, but by and large, most shoes are still created with too many components, too much padding and way too much motion control. VIVOBAREFOOT is committed to pushing the boundaries of sustainable design and a vital component of this is making shoes that last.

It is very important to us that you love our shoes and get a good life out of them. If you have purchased a pair of VIVOBAREFOOT shoes and you have found them to be faulty, we want to offer you an opportunity to exchange them for a new pair and promise to quibble as little as possible.*  We can also take care of making sure the old pair are recycled correctly.

*Please send proof of purchase and pictures within 1 year of purchase date.  Please allow for reasonable wear and tear before judging product faulty. The exchange will be for the same style or a similar value if the shoe is no longer part of the VIVOBAREFOOT collection.
