VIVOBAREFOOT is a young dynamic company making innovative shoes guided by sustainable design principles. Great things are being done by one or two large companies, but overall the majority of shoe designs leave plenty of room for improvement because they:
- Have too many components
- Are too stiff and toxic
- Have too much toe spring; padding; and motion control
We are driven by the fact that conventional padded shoes are not good for you or the environment and we aim to rectify this.
VIVOBAREFOOT are committed to pushing the boundaries of sustainable design and a vital component of this, is making shoes that last. We are dedicated to a healthy and sustainable company and we are constantly striving to develop and improve our products. We hope you will join us on this exciting journey ahead – one step at a time.
It is very important to us that you love our shoes and get a good life out of them. If you have purchased a pair of VIVOBAREFOOT shoes and found them to be faulty, we want to hear from you, and learn from our mistakes.
You can do this for a period of up to 6 months of receipt of the product. This is for faulty product, but obviously does not cover reasonable wear and tear.
In the event that your claim is justified we will pay all shipping costs and replace them with the same style, or similar if no longer available, or give a refund within 30 days of the decision. We will recycle old pairs correctly if you return them to us.

Returns and Exchanges for products NOT purchased directly from VIVOBAREFOOT
Return and exchange requests for product purchased from one of our authorised retailers should be processed through that retailer. We only accept returns for items bought directly from VIVOBAREFOOT.
All our authorised third party retailers are obliged to exchange faulty products in line with our Sustainable Product Guarantee. In order to claim, please contact the retailer with original proof of purchase and pictures of the faulty shoes, quoting the Sustainable Product Guarantee.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
