The Porto is a robust, premium leather desert boot made that makes easy strides through daily tasks and big events.
The Porto is a no nonsense desert boot with a serious attitude problem. Made with hard wearing, unlined brushed leather and a strong but flexible, 4mm thin sole, Porto lets you your foot function completely naturally, but does it with sturdy conviction.
The 4mm sole is stiffer than other VIVOBAREFOOT shoes but is still allows feet to engage naturally with the ground and move as nature intended. Enjoy a great sensory experience with the Porto’s, and be safe in the confidence that these resilient boots can go the distance, allowing your feet to rediscover your surroundings with style and attitude.
Porto Mens - Fantastic. A little pain in the beginning, but getting better.
Porto Mens - Smart looking pair of ankle boots and appear to be made of high quality leather and well put together. The Vivobarefoot repair service is also comforting when spending well over £200 on a pair of shoes. The tongue and folded sections of leather along its sides are made of the same thick leather as the boots themselves. I find this too chunky and a little uncomfortable when the boots are tightly laced but maybe it will improve with wearing in. Thinner leather along the sides of the tongue might be better in future versions of this boot.
Porto Mens - Most comfortable boots I've ever worn
Porto Mens - Best Vivo casual/dress shoe by far! I have owned 18 pairs of Vivobarefoot shoes from Aqua, Evo, Dharma, Hind, Ra, Gobi, Freud, One, and so on. Love them all. I do miss the better ground feel the other Vivo's offer, but consider this to be a minor downside considering the otherwise excellent feel and look of the shoe.
Porto Mens - Exquisite! Love the tan portos. Would like to get some black ones, too, as soon they are back.
Porto Mens - Excellent quality shoes
Porto Mens - Speedy delivery, happy with the products
Porto Mens - Would be good to add some tips about keeping the leather in good condition as part of the packaging.
Porto Mens - Beautiful, smart, comfortable.
Porto Mens - Soles a bit stiffer than expected although they were bought to be a dress shoe so I am sure they will break in eventually
Porto Mens - I had problems with the sole of tan portos' which have been replaced but I like the Porto very much good styling suitable for work yet extremely comfortable
Porto Mens - downside is the extra leather fold used for the tongue of the shoe at the throat. I hope with time ( smouting of the leather) the pressure on the instep of my feet will disappear. Currently it is quite annoying. Apart from that the shoe feels fantastic and looks superbe.
Porto Mens - The Porto is a nice shoe. Comfortable. Nice leather. But there are design issues. The sole wore through at the heel in 3 months. They replaced it free but said I would have to pay the next time. By 6 months new sole had split at the back. I bought another pair as I did not have the time to put the shoe in and wait the couple of weeks for repair. And I like to be barefoot all the time. Also the leather while really soft does not like even a bit of rain. Mine took on white mottling really quickly. Even with repeated polish and wax they still seem to do it. So overall nice shoe but needs improving. For 225 quid you would expect more. But not many people do a business shoe with no heel.
Porto Mens - Goid
