Introduction to Natural Movement
These short 1-2-1 sessions are designed to re-introduce your body to natural movement. With a strong focus on healthy strong feet, each session will explore the basic skills of standing, squatting and walking, and will show you how living and moving barefoot can significantly impact these natural skills. Long term use of unnatural footwear can often predispose the feet, ankles and toes to immobility, soft tissue tightness and reduced strength. Let us take you through a series of simple exercises to restore elasticity and strength in your feet and ankles - we are confident that we can help you to reawaken your sense of natural movement. Personal Running Technique Coaching
These 90-minute 1-2-1 sessions will give you all the coaching you need to transition confidently to skilful barefoot running, or to improve your technique and performance. Delivered by one of our top coaches, Pete Ford, each session will begin with a detailed assessment, specific exercise drills and before/after video analysis of your running form. Whether you are an experienced runner, are just starting out, or have been experiencing pain while running and want to improve your technique, this session is the one for you.

Group Running Technique Coaching
These full day group coachng sessions take place monthly on a Saturday at our Farringdon Training Clinic, and will give you the opportunity to understand the science and methodology behind skilful running technique, as well as focussed group coaching. Delivered by one of our top coaches, Pete Ford, group sessions will cover the basics of barefoot movement science, specific exercise drillsto improve your running technique, and before/after video analysis of your running form. Whether you are an experienced runner or just starting out, these group sessions will help you to understand and improve your running technique.

This 1-day clinic is a rare opportunity to learn the skill of running with the legendary Lee Saxby – widely regarded as the world’s best barefoot running coach.
Join Lee at our Farringdon Training Clinic for a stimulating day of education and practical application. You will not only come away with an understanding of the biomechanics of human locomotion, but will also get first-hand experience of a number of unique drills designed to teach you the three fundamental components of skilful running: posture, rhythm and relaxation. In addition, Lee will also use video analysis to assess your running technique, both before and after coaching you in the skill of barefoot technique.
