Several years ago after a lot of various running injuries I finally decided to go for barefoot running. It started out with a pair of FF but these have recently been switched with a pair of the Navy blue VIVOBAREFOOT Stealth and it will be a cold day in hell before I make the switch back again. I've convinced my wife, a trail runner, of the benefits with barefoot running and she started out with a good looking pair of VIVOBAREFOOT Trail Freaks a couple of years ago and she has run injury free ever since. I’ve learned that barefoot is not only about running but also how we should move in the everyday living and I therefore invested in a pair of black VIVOBAREFOOT Ra II. I wear the shoes for all non-running activities and they look and feel great. I will try the VIVOBAREFOOT Gobi II next just to get around the whole VIVO experience.
