Deliveries

Delivery to the UK - sent from UK

Delivery is charged per order which means you pay the same regardless of whether you order 1 pair of shoes or 10 so there is no need to hold back!

Next Day (premium delivery) from £6.99
  • £6.99 for first pair, £3 for subsequent pairs - for example 2 pairs £9.99
  • All orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day delivery
  • Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday, and on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
  • Delivery provided by DPD  Tracking code will be provided on your dispatch confirmation email.
  • UK mainland postcodes only
Standard Delivery - Free
  • We aim to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
  • Allow 3-4 working days for delivery.
  • Second Class non-tracked service.
  • Delivery Provided by Royal Mail.

Delivery to Mainland Europe - sent from UK

Standard Delivery from £10 / €12
  • £10 / €12 for first pair, £2.50 / €3 for subsequent pairs
  • We aim to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
  • Delivery provided by Royal Mail and local delivery provider.

Delivery to Rest of World - sent from UK

Standard Delivert from £15 / €18
  • £15 / €18 for first pair, £5 / €6 for subsequent pairs.
  • We aim to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
  • Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery.
  • Delivery provided by Royal Mail and local delivery provider.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 - Order Cancellation

Under the above regulations you have the statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund including delivery costs providing that you notify us in writing by either letter, email or fax within 7 days of receiving the order. Returning goods with our returns form enclosed will not be deemed a cancellation of the contract and delivery costs will not be refunded. On receipt of the goods back here we will arrange to refund you in full including any delivery costs incurred.


I haven't received my order, what should I do?

UK Customers

All goods are sent via DPD and are trackable. Your tracking number is contained within the email we send you when we confirm your order has been despatched. You can track your order at www.dpd.co.uk. If you have difficulties tracking the order please call us on +44 (0) 207 048 0600 or email our customer services team and we will be happy to help.

European and Rest of World Customers

We use a number of different carriers depending on your destination. If you haven’t received your order and seven days have passed since receiving your order despatch confirmation email please contact us on +44 (0) 207 048 0600 or email our customer services team and we will be happy to help.

US customers

We use a number of different carriers depending on your destination. If you haven’t received your order and seven days have passed since receiving your order despatch confirmation email please contact us on +44 (0) 207 048 0600 or email our US customer serivce team and we will be happy to help.


The country I am ordering from is not listed, what should I do?

We may be unable to deliver to your country or may have to offer different delivery charges than those currently listed. Please e-mail us at customerservices@vivobarefoot.com with details of your order and delivery address and we will get back to you within 48 hours (Monday to Friday only) explaining whether or not we are able to proceed with your order.

Returns

Return via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery

This option requires you to re-pack your goods and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to request to send the goods back using the relevant service. You will find a peel-off label with our address on the top right hand side of your despatch note.

REMEMBER...Don’t forget to include your returns form so we know who the parcel is from!


Order Cancellation

Here at VIVOBAREFOOT we offer a 28 day returns policy, so if you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return any item unworn and in its original packaging within this period for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. You are required to pay the carriage to return the goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to send the goods back out to you.

Once we are in receipt of the goods we aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 48 hours.

If you think the goods you have received are faulty or if you have been sent the wrong item, please call our Returns Team on +44 (0) 207 048 0600 (Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm) or email customerservices@vivobarefoot.com. In these circumstances we will arrange a free of charge collection for replacement goods to be resent where appropriate. Please click here to view the VIVOBAREFOOT Quality Promise.

We do ask that you pay the postage to return goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to post any goods we send back out to you. If we were to offer a free returns service we would have to recoup this cost, either by increasing the price of our products or by increasing our postage and packing cost on outgoing orders.
