Deliveries

Delivery to the UK - sent from UK

Delivery is charged per order which means you pay the same regardless of whether you order 1 pair of shoes or 10 so there is no need to hold back!

Next Day (premium delivery) - £6.99
  • All orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day
  • Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, and on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
  • Delivery to some remote areas may take longer, click here for details.
Standard Delivery - Free
  • We aim to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days

Please be advised:

  • If you are in the armed forces and require goods to be sent to a BFPO address this is charged at standard UK rate regardless of the destination – delivery times may vary.
  • For Channel Islands and EIRE we charge a flat rate of £10

Delivery to elsewhere in Europe - sent from UK

Single Pair European Delivery - £10 / Multiple Pair European Delivery - £15

We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt (we do not despatch at weekends or bank holidays). Delivery is usually within 7 working days from the point of despatch. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.


Delivery to Rest of World - sent from UK

Single Pair Rest of the World Delivery - £15 / Multiple pair Rest of the World Delivery - £20

We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt (we do not despatch at weekends or bank holidays). Delivery is usually within 7 working days from the point of despatch. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.


Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 - Order Cancellation

Under the above regulations you have the statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund including delivery costs providing that you notify us in writing by either letter, email or fax within 7 days of receiving the order. Returning goods with our returns form enclosed will not be deemed a cancellation of the contract and delivery costs will not be refunded. On receipt of the goods back here we will arrange to refund you in full including any delivery costs incurred.


I haven't received my order, what should I do?

UK Customers

All goods are sent via Parcelforce and are trackable. Your tracking number is contained within the email we send you when we confirm your order has been despatched. You can track your order at www.parcelforce.com. If you have difficulties tracking the order please call us on 01458 449069 or email our customer services team and we will be happy to help.

European and Rest of World Customers

We use a number of different carriers depending on your destination. If you haven’t received your order and seven days have passed since receiving your order despatch confirmation email please contact us on +44 (0) 1458 449069 or email our customer services team and we will be happy to help.

US customers

We use a number of different carriers depending on your destination. If you haven’t received your order and seven days have passed since receiving your order despatch confirmation email please contact us on +44 (0) 1458 449069 or email our US customer serivce team and we will be happy to help.


I am ordering from outside the EU, do I have to pay VAT on the goods I am buying?

If you are ordering goods from outside the EU and are having the goods sent to the same destination then you will not be required to pay VAT on your order. VAT will automatically be deducted during the checkout process once a country outside the EU has been selected.

Please note that we are unable to mark items as a gift and that you are liable for any import duties that may be payable.


The country I am ordering from is not listed, what should I do?

We may be unable to deliver to your country or may have to offer different delivery charges than those currently listed. Please e-mail us at customerservices@vivobarefoot.com with details of your order and delivery address and we will get back to you within 48 hours (Monday to Friday only) explaining whether or not we are able to proceed with your order.

Returns

Return using our Parcelforce Home Collection Service

This option provides you with a cost effective and efficient service. The cost of this service is £6.50– this amount will be deducted from your refund or charged to the card used to pay for any items requested in exchange. Simply call us on 01458 449069 and one of our friendly customer advisors will be happy to arrange a collection. We can offer collections from an alternative address and you can specify the day of the collection. This is an insured service.


Return via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery

This option requires you to re-pack your goods and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to request to send the goods back using the relevant service. You will find a peel-off label with our address on the top right hand side of your despatch note.

Whichever option you choose – don’t forget to include your returns form so we know who the parcel is from!


Order Cancellation

Here at VIVOBAREFOOT we offer a 28 day returns policy, so if you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return any item unworn and in its original packaging within this period for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. You are required to pay the carriage to return the goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to send the goods back out to you.

Once we are in receipt of the goods we aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 48 hours.

If you think the goods you have received are faulty or if you have been sent the wrong item, please call our Returns Team on 01458 449069 (Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm) or email vbreturns@footshopltd.co.uk. In these circumstances we will arrange a free of charge collection for replacement goods to be resent where appropriate. Please click here to view the VIVOBAREFOOT Quality Promise.

We do ask that you pay the postage to return goods to us but if you ask for an exchange we will pay to post any goods we send back out to you. If we were to offer a free returns service we would have to recoup this cost, either by increasing the price of our products or by increasing our postage and packing cost on outgoing orders.
