This role plays a crucial part in overseeing some of the most relevant customer acquisition and sales channels with a view to generate growth and maximise sales and profitability. You will be in charge of daily account management, implementing optimizations and ensuring we are delivering a Vivobarefoot experience to all customers as a priority, whilst also understanding their journey and develop a product display and marketing strategy adapted to each market that maximises results. This role also supports the creation and sustainability of a unified brand experience across all channels.

The Marketplace Manager is responsible for:

- Product lifecycle management including listing creation and optimisation.

- Commercial performance and KPI reporting advising on improvements and opportunities.

- Identify and implement marketing strategies to increase conversion.

- Manage stock movements and support with seasonal buys.

- Define channel strategy and support with budget and forecasting.

- Brand Registry ownership, managing regional/global patents and authorised partners.

- Support partners joining marketplaces (if required).

- Support ReVivo in marketplaces in future plans (for example eBay).

- Support the launch of international, local marketplaces in new regions (for example Germany).

- Manage implementation of new tools and supporting teams.

Our technology needs are expanding as we take on a strategic goal to bring the development of our ecommerce platform ‘in house’ and reduce the reliance upon third party development agencies. We have an ambitious Digital roadmap to deliver to give our consumers best in class digital experiences as they take the barefoot journey as well as providing the business with a highly optimised ecommerce platform, this role will be crucial in our success.

We are seeking a highly skilled Magento Front End Developer with a strong experience in building scalable, predictable, high-quality, and high-performance eCommerce applications. This is a fantastic opportunity for a developer looking to move in to a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation. You will be given the opportunity to work on major systems/projects on cutting-edge technology stack within a fast-paced development environment.

The Magento Developer (Front End) is responsible for:

- Designing and developing high quality Magento eCommerce applications.

- Perform coding, unit testing, integration, and regression testing.

- Ensure that the work delivered is based on the defined standards.

- Lead/mentor junior developers and share knowledge through presentations.
