Climb up, scale down, jump in; Trail Freak Kids is the perfect companion for your junior adventurer.
Letting young feet develop naturally is essential for learning skilful movement and nurturing healthy feet in later life. The TRAIL FREAK is a shoe built for the lively and adventurous child by fully supporting the foot, but allowing them to perform as if they were barefoot.
It's lightweight, ultra-tough, and flexible as well as ultra-safe with the patented puncture-resistant barefoot sole keeping little feet safe whatever's underfoot. The velcro strap makes it quick and easy to secure on and whip off when needed. These are great shoes for playful, energetic children that enjoy exploring and experiencing their environment as nature intended. The Hi-Viz mesh will ensure that they are seen in low-light conditions, and the sock-like construction and elastic lace ensures they are easy on...and stay on!
Behind this playful shoe is an unparalleled concept that pushes the boundaries of footwear function - they won't know about that though, they'll just love them!
Trail Freak Kids - ok
Trail Freak Kids - The first shoes ordered (trail kids) where defectives, but Vivobarefoot send me new pairs in few days.
Trail Freak Kids - Very prompt delivery, good discount, fabulous comfy shoes!
Trail Freak Kids - Could be a little wider, despite this the best kids shoe out there..
Trail Freak Kids - I was very disappointed at how narrow the shoe was after reading the description for the wide toe box. I also don't see how these shoes are any closer to barefoot than many much less expensive shoes without cushioning. Too bad too because I was really excited.
Trail Freak Kids - Great Kids Shoe
Trail Freak Kids - Good
Trail Freak Kids - Again, I normally love your shoes. But these were supposed to be blue and they are very purple. Also, after just a short time of wearing them, they are becoming frayed on top.
Trail Freak Kids - Nice looking shoes but very disapointed with the fact that this model is very much narrower than all other models we have tried.
Trail Freak Kids - as above
Trail Freak Kids - Just one week after the purchase, the shoes cover has broken
Trail Freak Kids - Slightly narrower around the mid foot than usual Vivo's but a great shoes nonetheless.
Trail Freak Kids - Good.
Trail Freak Kids - Really nice fit and comfy!
Trail Freak Kids - I do not like the toe lift, which is much too big compared to the length of the shoes. According to the Vivi website my son has size 29, but he much preferes the size 30. The blue plastic on the upper came undone very quickly. And, importantly, the sole is not that flexible. The material used is the same as the one for adults shoes, but is too stiff for smaller sizes. Also, my son has a low instep and the velcro does not allow for adjustement easily. This causes the heel to drag some over the ground and premature wear.
I am still putting "good" because there is simply no competition. Other brands etiher have flexible soles but narrow toe boxes, or heel lift, or wide toe boxes but a flexible but much cushioned sole, etc. Also, Vivo kids shoes look very cool so my son wants to wear them, even if his friends wear nike's etc.
Trail Freak Kids - Shoe opening was too small and both kids had difficulty getting into them. There seemed to be no flexibility in the opening. Also one of the kids managed to break the cord on the front. The cord seems to be an aesthetic detail which has no purpose and does not seem to be robustly secured.
Trail Freak Kids - It is a very well made shoe and has all the features you would expect (flexible sole, wide toe box etc). Unfortunately the opening to slip the shoe on the foot is not stretchy enough and makes it almost impossible for my child to put on himself.
Trail Freak Kids - Me and my kids love you shoes!! But will there be any new wet/cold season shoes for kids coming out soon? I have a pair of the Offroad high (size 32) for one of my Boys, and would really like to have them for my smaller ones also, but they are impossible to get hold of.
Trail Freak Kids - Bought these for both our boys, slightly tricky to get on but once on are secure without being restrictive which is what we like. They are fab, not as thick a sole as we worried they would have, and thinking of getting mummy and daddy sized ones next!
Trail Freak Kids - Maestro payment system does not work.
Trail Freak Kids - Keep making
Children's shoes. School shoes are priced too high though £60 is too steep I bought the school shoes as part of the buy one get
One half price offer. I have been a loyal customer for children's shoes and will continue to buy if price is realistic
